www.PermaID.com is a website that allows user to develop one’s personalized platform email id
based on one’s permanent identification . These permanent identifications can be current or
past but must be uniquely and publically assigned to the user. Dr.Noh has also come up with a
platform for old (aka past id) ID by putting ‘X’ in front of permaID.
PermaID is a concept developed and patented (pending) by Hee Young Noh more commonly
known as Dr.Steve Noh. A citizen of South Korea, Dr Noh was born in 1957. While the
provisional patent for permaID was filed by Dr Noh in February 2006 with the uspto.gov, he
followed up with the utility patent in January 2007 with the uspto.gov. In USA the copyright for

phone-number(+ 2 digit of country code)@permaID.com, while in the case of an auto-license
plate the phone number will be substituted with the auto license number +state issued(+ 2 digit
country code).
