Since my friend(charles house, gay) liked my plants, he begged me to LOAN some of my well-grown plant pots for their empty backyard. I loaned 10 of them costing $500,and i also bought one of their old BMW which has been sitting in their backyard for years. I was alllowed to enter that backyard at any time and I also fixed some thing for them too. The landlady loved me. that is why they exceptionally invited me to their lunch. But charles house was given with this car,so he sold it to me with Bill of Right signed, but he promised he would get a key for car,but he won't ,because it costs $200 to order via BMW. I already signed up for autoinsurance with AAA,but I was not able to get a car key re-made with the original owner's request. So I called 2 days before, I asked about Charles House, and Max Johnson explained that charles house attempted a suicide ,now in cedar sinai hospital...If you want to deal with car issue, you need to go to cedar sinai hospital..The day before, charles house came to my apt asking if he could sleep at my tiny room because he was thinking of killing himself due to home environment. I said no. On next day, I came by to go to my car at their house,and a gate was locked which is very unusual. So I came to the front door, HERE WE GO. THERE WAS A HEALTHY LOOKING GUY(CHARLES HOUSE) AND MAX JOHNSON. charles house was telling max johnson saying I even called his brother and complained about ripping me off on 2 occasions, so that he could get drunk every day. ***when max johnson was assaulting for no good reason(other than I tried to enter to confront charles house,since nobody was allowed to enter this illegal single family house,no living room,poorly remodeled facility etc),THEY BOTH CAME TO THE DOOR, AND MAX JOHNSON ASSAULTED ME FLANKING CHARLES HOUSE. I have a witness of charles house(whom I met in LAC jail 2 years ago, also due to Olympic div's corruption) who watched Max Johnson assaulted me very hard... However, police report is completely fabricated (100%) 3.when Paramedic and LAPD arrived to 1732 arlington ave(around 11am), I was confronting my friend(charles House) for ripping me off with $100. Max Johnson(facility manager) with whom I had a phone arguement re: nuisance stemming from his house,and poor care on AA tenants etc one day before..and on Jan 2014, I called Charles House' brother to complain that I was deceived by his brother. my apt was located at 1716 arlington ave,ca90019 I noticed one of LAPD(officer Coco) who has been to my house (located 1716 arlington ave) and I was not happy with his service and I took his pic to upload to website called FuckLAPD.com . He did not like my being smarty and calling my criminal atty on the spot when he refused to arrest my apt manager despite clear criminal evidences. 4.I jumped in Paramedic Van and I lied down on the guerney and paramedic asked my SSN into his computer and found out a list of my medical problems including HIV/hep C/deep depression/heart failure etc. He said he would take me to Olympian Hospital per LAFD protocol. I requested him to go to Cedar Sinai where i have my medical record whose doctor told me I have abnormal EKG 3months ago and MD warned me to go through Sonographic heart exam . I wanted to see how much different this time because my chest pain from assault was so severe. My regular MD is in altamed(Dr.Liao) at commerce city who told me that referring me to a cardiologist takes 3 months. So, it had been about 3 months and I was very curious why I was so tired all the time... I was very concerned how much it got worse. Since I already was going to emerg hospital, I wanted to go to Cedar Sinai...I did not have any unpleasant dispute/disagreement with a paramedic at all, not even one word. I asked him to contact Kenneth Knighten(LAFD pro standard, captain) to get a override ..he said No. So, I asked him to drop me off, I would take a taxi to go to Cedar Sinai. when a van was pulled over to the side(after 2 mins' ride), LAPD jumped in and put handcuff on me . I asked why, he responded I assaulted Paramedic, that is a felony. And they took me to Olympian Hospital on Guerney,and when we got there, MD came down right away to my guerney. But officer Coco spoke with MD and blocked me from getting necessary medical care. Took me to Olympic Div of LAPD, where Watch-Commander Sgt Clark authorized my arrest. he did not speak with me, but he peeked into my confinement cell. 5.I believe I was dropped off at city jail who found out I have HIV,therefore, on next day, Officer Coco picked me up and transported to LA county jail and booked there. I found my gold ring was not listed on my property list.and I reported immediately and I got interviewed by another LAPD at lac jail. Since I was not given with pink slip from LAPD, I did not know why I was arrested...until I had a preliminary hearing(March 2014) 6.One day before my arrest, I had a quick conversation with Sgt Clark(watch commander) who got on the phone when I was asking what its Captain's police ID number, so that I could send email re: Olympic Div's long-standing Corruption on me over 8 months. I even visited that div,and Sgt Clark recognized who I might be and immediately told me what I was going to ask about. I tape-recorded what he said: he said " I can not arrest your apt manager because you both share a common area,therefore it is NOT a trespassing". I called 911 several times because my apt manager who lives upstair constantly came down without any notice and stole my stuffs, put Homo-hating Graffitti and assaults,stealing mails etc. Therefore, all sub-ordinants of Sgt Clark would not arrest my apt manager although I showed clear evidences. 7.one day, New LAPD came over due to my 911,and she and other korean LAPD(Lim) inspected my apt and my apt manager's, declared IT IS A TRESPASSING ! warned apt manager not to trespass without Just Cause to enter. 8.I filed complaints against a dozen of olympic div LAPD who refused to arrest my apt manager into LAPD internal affair. 9.before my arrest, one day I found my valuable is missing out of my room where my room lock was broken and remained that way for a while. I called 911, LAPD came over, but he went to backyard and found where my apt manager's front door is..and grabbed him and his mother(86y old), walked through my apt ..and went to front of Apt, showing 'extreme' affection with his mother by hugging etc. I told him that I called 911, he responded " just a min,I will talk to you". But he went off by giving me Funny Face Emotion. so, I called 911 again,,I was informed that LAPD is there, talk to them. I explained LAPD came over but took off without talking to me. 911 dispatch told me she would send again within next 10min, but never showed up. so,I thought police might have urgent things going on, so I waited 5 hrs, No Show. I called 911 again and spoke with 911 supervisor (female ,Reese,Reeve?) who promised she would send a dispatch ,but NO Show for another 5hrs. I called 911 again and spoke with 2nd shift 911 supervisor(female) who forced Olympic div to contact me. I got a phone call from Sgt Spark s man who took my incident over the phone , he later visited me in person and warned me hinting Olympic div might go after me. 10.I did not have any one who could help me while in jail, so I waited until i get to meet my public defender(Robin Ginsburg) who did not spend enough time to take this serious case: City Official Corruption in team, and I tried to dismiss her but Judge Mitchell(dept133) denied 11.During Preliminary Hearing, there was only ONE Crime Evidence which is a face pic of a paramedic with deep bleeding circular wound. and only one witness(2nd paramedic who was with me ,and took my SSN etc). as a MD, it is impossible for someone like me(skinny and bony,no much muscle strength) to kick/scratch multiple times against a well-trained Paramedic INSIDE a small van ...there is no even space you can move around..That Paramedic could have restrained if I ever were disruptive or assaulting him !!! that is a part of paramedic training to restrain Crazy mentallly-ill Misbehaving citizens who use 911 paramedic van 12.After I got out of jail, I got a copy of Police Report which stunned me. a. the accusing paramedic was a driver paramedic with whom I had no physical contact. I was handcuffed when a driver pulled a van over to the shoulder. Police jumped right in when it was pulled over. I was still lying down on guerney. b.police report says I also assaulted multiple times by kicking and scratching hand, and causing deep wound on his Face inside Van. c.I knew Captain Knighten at LAFD professional standard div very well before my arrest. Even If I Was NOT Happy with that paramedic, I knew how to file a complaint against LAFD, I did so several times beforehand, that is why captain knows me as a decent guy who did not lie on his investigtion. I even filed a complaint against him,too because he tried to scare me off to withdraw my filed complaints against High Rank LAFD(like david spencer who claimed he is a captain at batallion 21?). and I ride Paramedic often due to my multiple fragile serious medical conditions,and as MD, I also know I must follow any medical team's orders to receive medical care. why do i need assault the helping hand(LAFD)??? Police report even says I am homeless and tried to trespass Max Johnson's house. there is even a name of MD from Olympian Hospital, just to make paper-perfect that I was taken to emerg hospital. there is no name under Officer Coco on police report !!! it also says I had marijuana in possession, that is a lie. THERE IS NO STORY WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME DESPITE I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED 911. None! Lafd + LAPD forced to withdraw my blood sample because I was HIV/hep C + to see if I infected that paramedic. police report says that accusing LAFD got a treatment at Olympian Hospital,but the testifying LAFD said in the court that accusing LAFD went to cedar sinai for care. Face Pic was taken at somewhere deserted business metal door with gang-related graffitti on it. It was not taken in police station or official building inside. It was taken during day time and it had very suspicious Fresh Wound,circular , on his face... again, as MD, it is Impossible to make a small circular bleeding wound on other's face in a small paramedic van. One can scratch up and down, side to side,but not in circular pattern. And my finger nails are all cut extremely short and rounded off due to my severe skin problem(skin specialist, Dr. Michael Sabat, beverly hill, 800-new-skin, strongly recommended i should cut down my finger nail because my skin problem will last long and it will be very itchy 247) 13. During pre-trial, District Atty was very determined with his prosecution because he claimed I assaulted Emerg Health Care Provider and he has 4 of 'Sworn-in Officials' as witnesses. On following court date, my PD(public defender) told me that DA would speak with that accusing LAFD to see if he was really injured/wounded. If not, DA was willing to downgrade from Felony to Misdemeanor Plea Bargain , he was determined to prosecute me. AND DA REFUSED TO SUBMIT MY 911 CALL RECORDING AND A MEDICAL RECORD OF 'ACCUSING LAFD'.!!!!!! TO MY PD for a whole one year(from jan 26,2014 to jan 25,2015) he knew i was innocent! Because the judge declared I am incompetent, I had to spend 4 months in state mental hospital and then I was able to resume my trial. We had another court hearing one week after, NOW DA was offering a minimal conviction of "Resistence to Arrest", no summary probation. I insisted upon innocence to my PD who said DA has 4 of 'sworn-in officers' witnesses. Jurors will NOT side with my testimony, recommended to take plea bargain although I told her that Captain Knighten tried to call her to DISMISS my case after he investigated my complaint in this case. Oct 2015, I called Captain Knighten from Santa Ana Immigration Detention Center. He clearly mentioned he finished his investigation and he had a special conference with his supervisor( i did not know there is a supervisor to Captain in his office,i thought he was a highest rank) who approved Knighten to call my DA/PD to Dismiss my case.!!!!! I called /sent postal mails to Ginsburg mentioning that I was not aware of admitting plea of Resistence to arrest...I did not understand court-room English since I did not have an interpreter. I wanted to withdraw my plea bargain. Ginsburg said she spoke with Knighten who now denies the above,but he confirmed this fact several times over the phone with me,when I asked him to put those fact in writing( since LAC DA is investigating,and my civil atty wants it,too), he wont do it. I told him I would subpoena to the court room, when I try to withdraw my plea bargain if he will not write it up. I asked his physical address, he gave me something ...19th fl. 14. why would LAFD professional standard Captain would have a special conference with his supervisor in the office on my accusation of 'corrupted' paramedic team,then he got a permission to call my PD( I told him to call DA,but I only had my PD's phone number, he told me he called my PD instead of DA,because he had only my PD's phone number) 4 Dismissal ?????? 15.on Final pre-trial date, I was told by my PD who scared me with Immigration Involvement if I get convicted with felony,but with my plea, I will be fine with INS. however, when I got released on 2.5.2015 from LAC jail, i was sent to Santa Ana Jail for INS detention. Santa Ana Jail has our conversations with captain Knighten. 16.Sgt Maus("Just Integrity" Unit at LA county DA office) sent a request to investigate my issue at Olympic div some months ago, still no answer. All it takes is to hire a Photo-shop expert to inspect the crime scene evidence(deep wounded face pic),then why LAPD olympic div is taking so much time to investigate this matter??????????? He did not like my being smarty and calling my criminal atty on the spot when he refused to arrest my apt manager despite clear criminal evidences. 4.I jumped in Paramedic Van and I lied down on the guerney and paramedic asked my SSN into his computer and found out a list of my medical problems including HIV/hep C/deep depression/heart failure etc. He said he would take me to Olympian Hospital per LAFD protocol. I requested him to go to Cedar Sinai where i have my medical record whose doctor told me I have abnormal EKG 3months ago and MD warned me to go through Sonographic heart exam . I wanted to see how much different this time because my chest pain from assault was so severe. My regular MD is in altamed(Dr.Liao) at commerce city who told me that referring me to a cardiologist takes 3 months. So, it had been about 3 months and I was very curious why I was so tired all the time... I was very concerned how much it got worse. Since I already was going to emerg hospital, I wanted to go to Cedar Sinai...I did not have any unpleasant dispute/disagreement with a paramedic at all, not even one word. I asked him to contact Kenneth Knighten(LAFD pro standard, captain) to get a override ..he said No. So, I asked him to drop me off, I would take a taxi to go to Cedar Sinai. when a van was pulled over to the side(after 2 mins' ride), LAPD jumped in and put handcuff on me . I asked why, he responded I assaulted Paramedic, that is a felony. And they took me to Olympian Hospital on Guerney,and when we got there, MD came down right away to my guerney. But officer Coco spoke with MD and blocked me from getting necessary medical care. Took me to Olympic Div of LAPD, where Watch-Commander Sgt Clark authorized my arrest. he did not speak with me, but he peeked into my confinement cell. 5.I believe I was dropped off at city jail who found out I have HIV,therefore, on next day, Officer Coco picked me up and transported to LA county jail and booked there. I found my gold ring was not listed on my property list.and I reported immediately and I got interviewed by another LAPD at lac jail. Since I was not given with pink slip from LAPD, I did not know why I was arrested...until I had a preliminary hearing(March 2014) 6.One day before my arrest, I had a quick conversation with Sgt Clark(watch commander) who got on the phone when I was asking what its Captain's police ID number, so that I could send email re: Olympic Div's long-standing Corruption on me over 8 months. I even visited that div,and Sgt Clark recognized who I might be and immediately told me what I was going to ask about. I tape-recorded what he said: he said " I can not arrest your apt manager because you both share a common area,therefore it is NOT a trespassing". I called 911 several times because my apt manager who lives upstair constantly came down without any notice and stole my stuffs, put Homo-hating Graffitti and assaults,stealing mails etc. Therefore, all sub-ordinants of Sgt Clark would not arrest my apt manager although I showed clear evidences. 7.one day, New LAPD came over due to my 911,and she and other korean LAPD(Lim) inspected my apt and my apt manager's, declared IT IS A TRESPASSING ! warned apt manager not to trespass without Just Cause to enter. 8.I filed complaints against a dozen of olympic div LAPD who refused to arrest my apt manager into LAPD internal affair. 9.before my arrest, one day I found my valuable is missing out of my room where my room lock was broken and remained that way for a while. I called 911, LAPD came over, but he went to backyard and found where my apt manager's front door is..and grabbed him and his mother(86y old), walked through my apt ..and went to front of Apt, showing 'extreme' affection with his mother by hugging etc. I told him that I called 911, he responded " just a min,I will talk to you". But he went off by giving me Funny Face Emotion. so, I called 911 again,,I was informed that LAPD is there, talk to them. I explained LAPD came over but took off without talking to me. 911 dispatch told me she would send again within next 10min, but never showed up. so,I thought police might have urgent things going on, so I waited 5 hrs, No Show. I called 911 again and spoke with 911 supervisor (female ,Reese,Reeve?) who promised she would send a dispatch ,but NO Show for another 5hrs. I called 911 again and spoke with 2nd shift 911 supervisor(female) who forced Olympic div to contact me. I got a phone call from Sgt Spark s man who took my incident over the phone , he later visited me in person and warned me hinting Olympic div might go after me. 10.I did not have any one who could help me while in jail, so I waited until i get to meet my public defender(Robin Ginsburg) who did not spend enough time to take this serious case: City Official Corruption in team, and I tried to dismiss her but Judge Mitchell(dept133) denied 11.During Preliminary Hearing, there was only ONE Crime Evidence which is a face pic of a paramedic with deep bleeding circular wound. and only one witness(2nd paramedic who was with me ,and took my SSN etc). as a MD, it is impossible for someone like me(skinny and bony,no much muscle strength) to kick/scratch multiple times against a well-trained Paramedic INSIDE a small van ...there is no even space you can move around..That Paramedic could have restrained if I ever were disruptive or assaulting him !!! that is a part of paramedic training to restrain Crazy mentallly-ill Misbehaving citizens who use 911 paramedic van 12.After I got out of jail, I got a copy of Police Report which stunned me. a. the accusing paramedic was a driver paramedic with whom I had no physical contact. I was handcuffed when a driver pulled a van over to the shoulder. Police jumped right in when it was pulled over. I was still lying down on guerney. b.police report says I also assaulted multiple times by kicking and scratching hand, and causing deep wound on his Face inside Van. c.I knew Captain Knighten at LAFD professional standard div very well before my arrest. Even If I Was NOT Happy with that paramedic, I knew how to file a complaint against LAFD, I did so several times beforehand, that is why captain knows me as a decent guy who did not lie on his investigtion. I even filed a complaint against him,too because he tried to scare me off to withdraw my filed complaints against High Rank LAFD(like david spencer who claimed he is a captain at batallion 21?). and I ride Paramedic often due to my multiple fragile serious medical conditions,and as MD, I also know I must follow any medical team's orders to receive medical care. why do i need assault the helping hand(LAFD)??? Police report even says I am homeless and tried to trespass Max Johnson's house. there is even a name of MD from Olympian Hospital, just to make paper-perfect that I was taken to emerg hospital. there is no name under Officer Coco on police report !!! it also says I had marijuana in possession, that is a lie. THERE IS NO STORY WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME DESPITE I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED 911. None! Lafd + LAPD forced to withdraw my blood sample because I was HIV/hep C + to see if I infected that paramedic. police report says that accusing LAFD got a treatment at Olympian Hospital,but the testifying LAFD said in the court that accusing LAFD went to cedar sinai for care. Face Pic was taken at somewhere deserted business metal door with gang-related graffitti on it. It was not taken in police station or official building inside. It was taken during day time and it had very suspicious Fresh Wound,circular , on his face... again, as MD, it is Impossible to make a small circular bleeding wound on other's face in a small paramedic van. One can scratch up and down, side to side,but not in circular pattern. And my finger nails are all cut extremely short and rounded off due to my severe skin problem(skin specialist, Dr. Michael Sabat, beverly hill, 800-new-skin, strongly recommended i should cut down my finger nail because my skin problem will last long and it will be very itchy 247) 13. During pre-trial, District Atty was very determined with his prosecution because he claimed I assaulted Emerg Health Care Provider and he has 4 of 'Sworn-in Officials' as witnesses. On following court date, my PD(public defender) told me that DA would speak with that accusing LAFD to see if he was really injured/wounded. If not, DA was willing to downgrade from Felony to Misdemeanor Plea Bargain , he was determined to prosecute me. AND DA REFUSED TO SUBMIT MY 911 CALL RECORDING AND A MEDICAL RECORD OF 'ACCUSING LAFD'.!!!!!! TO MY PD for a whole one year(from jan 26,2014 to jan 25,2015) he knew i was innocent! Because the judge declared I am incompetent, I had to spend 4 months in state mental hospital and then I was able to resume my trial. We had another court hearing one week after, NOW DA was offering a minimal conviction of "Resistence to Arrest", no summary probation. I insisted upon innocence to my PD who said DA has 4 of 'sworn-in officers' witnesses. Jurors will NOT side with my testimony, recommended to take plea bargain although I told her that Captain Knighten tried to call her to DISMISS my case after he investigated my complaint in this case. Oct 2015, I called Captain Knighten from Santa Ana Immigration Detention Center. He clearly mentioned he finished his investigation and he had a special conference with his supervisor( i did not know there is a supervisor to Captain in his office,i thought he was a highest rank) who approved Knighten to call my DA/PD to Dismiss my case.!!!!! I called /sent postal mails to Ginsburg mentioning that I was not aware of admitting plea of Resistence to arrest...I did not understand court-room English since I did not have an interpreter. I wanted to withdraw my plea bargain. Ginsburg said she spoke with Knighten who now denies the above,but he confirmed this fact several times over the phone with me,when I asked him to put those fact in writing( since LAC DA is investigating,and my civil atty wants it,too), he wont do it. I told him I would subpoena to the court room, when I try to withdraw my plea bargain if he will not write it up. I asked his physical address, he gave me something ...19th fl. 14. why would LAFD professional standard Captain would have a special conference with his supervisor in the office on my accusation of 'corrupted' paramedic team,then he got a permission to call my PD( I told him to call DA,but I only had my PD's phone number, he told me he called my PD instead of DA,because he had only my PD's phone number) 4 Dismissal ?????? 15.on Final pre-trial date, I was told by my PD who scared me with Immigration Involvement if I get convicted with felony,but with my plea, I will be fine with INS. however, when I got released on 2.5.2015 from LAC jail, i was sent to Santa Ana Jail for INS detention. Santa Ana Jail has our conversations with captain Knighten. 16.Sgt Maus("Just Integrity" Unit at LA county DA office) sent a request to investigate my issue at Olympic div some months ago, still no answer. Thomas I am writing re:BA420787(hee young noh, dob : 10/21/1957) I have a serious complaint against Robin Ginsburg who has too many cases to deal with during my trial,she confessed when I accused her of not doing proper job. 1. during preliminary hearing, I tried to dismiss her,but judge mitchel denied,but I called you leaving a message 2.Ginsburg scheduled Video conference 5 times, none of time she showed up. 3.this is about Massive LApd+LAFD corruption issue where only crime evidence was One Face pic with deep bleeding wound which was photo-shopped. I told her many times with clear evidences that I never has a contact with a driver paramedic who claimed he got assaulted and forced to withdraw my blood because I am hiv/hepc +. numerous false police report which was never provided to me until recently, when I got it it stunned me...too many phoney fabricated non-sense story. 4.judge declared I was incompetent,sent to state mental hospital where I called Ginsburg saying LAFD professional standard's Captain(kenneth Knighten) did their own investigation,and called Ginsburg in order to help her Dismiss my case. 5.after I got back to LAC jail from mental hospital, Ginsburg never answered my calls from LAC jail. 6.she never showed up at holding cell in the court to discuss our strategy. at that time she has foot injury and surgery done. 7.ginsburg entered my conviction as 365 days, instead of 364days, when I accepted a misdemeanor plea bargain(Resistence to arrest). and she knew I was not able to understand court-room english ..she did not ask for an korean interpreter 8.when I was sent to INS detention when I got released on 2.5.2015, ginsburg told me I wouldnt' have any problem with INS because she discussed with her colleague who is specializing in immigration. So, I called from santa ana jail and wrote 2-3 letters indicating I am innocent and she failed to hire a photo-shop expert to determine whether only one crime evidence was real. and I mentioned i would withdraw my plea bargain. but she failed to tell me (knowing I am incompetent) ,there is a statutory limit of 6 months to withdraw. since my merit was: my PD did not do good job,and I had other reasons(which ginsburg said they are good causes) for withdrawal. she said it is a conflict of interest,therefore,she can not help me with that. I asked her to give me her supervisor who can replace her for that. she never returned as soon as she knew she did horrible job. 9.ginsburg also did not incorporate Captain Knighten's phone call, to assist her to dismiss my case, AFTER CAPTAIN GOT A PERMISSION TO CALL DA/PD, hinting their investigation turned out to be in my favor. 10.now I am stuck, I can not sue her because she is a public employee,therefore a statutory limit is 6 months. 11.she also failed to collect Important documents from Emerg hospital I was transported to , or from others. since i was not given with pink slip by LAPD, i did not know what I was charged. 12.she threatened me saying if i get convicted with felony, i might be deported and if i take the offered plea bargain, I would be ok with INS. well, that was not true either, I spent 4months in santa ana jail INS detention. 13.after my immigration atty corrected a conviction days, I was able to get out of INS detention,and I asked ginsburg for Police report which stunned me with all-false information as written below. 14.ginsburg never interviewed me on the merit, although she promised she would hire an witness expert , I thought that would be Photo-shop expert who could tell within a min whether it was real or not. she loved to listen about my invention of next generation of email, human microchip homeland security passport, 2way email, spam-blocking autoresponder etc. in summary, I want Ginsburg's superior to know what she did to my case. at age of 58y , with multiple semi-terminal illness,as an asian, I was in jail inside jail. Since my friend(charles house, gay) liked my plants, he begged me to LOAN some of my well-grown plant pots for their empty backyard. I loaned 10 of them costing $500,and i also bought one of their old BMW which has been sitting in their backyard for years. I was alllowed to enter that backyard at any time and I also fixed some thing for them too. The landlady loved me. that is why they exceptionally invited me to their lunch. But charles house was given with this car,so he sold it to me with Bill of Right signed, but he promised he would get a key for car,but he won't ,because it costs $200 to order via BMW. I already signed up for autoinsurance with AAA,but I was not able to get a car key re-made with the original owner's request. So I called 2 days before, I asked about Charles House, and Max Johnson explained that charles house attempted a suicide ,now in cedar sinai hospital...If you want to deal with car issue, you need to go to cedar sinai hospital..The day before, charles house came to my apt asking if he could sleep at my tiny room because he was thinking of killing himself due to home environment. I said no. On next day, I came by to go to my car at their house,and a gate was locked which is very unusual. So I came to the front door, HERE WE GO. THERE WAS A HEALTHY LOOKING GUY(CHARLES HOUSE) AND MAX JOHNSON. charles house was telling max johnson saying I even called his brother and complained about ripping me off on 2 occasions, so that he could get drunk every day. ***when max johnson was assaulting for no good reason(other than I tried to enter to confront charles house,since nobody was allowed to enter this illegal single family house,no living room,poorly remodeled facility etc),THEY BOTH CAME TO THE DOOR, AND MAX JOHNSON ASSAULTED ME FLANKING CHARLES HOUSE. I have a witness of charles house(whom I met in LAC jail 2 years ago, also due to Olympic div's corruption) who watched Max Johnson assaulted me very hard... However, police report is completely fabricated (100%) 3.when Paramedic and LAPD arrived to 1732 arlington ave(around 11am), I was confronting my friend(charles House) for ripping me off with $100. Max Johnson(facility manager) with whom I had a phone arguement re: nuisance stemming from his house,and poor care on AA tenants etc one day before..and on Jan 2014, I called Charles House' brother to complain that I was deceived by his brother. my apt was located at 1716 arlington ave,ca90019 I noticed one of LAPD(officer Coco) who has been to my house (located 1716 arlington ave) and I was not happy with his service and I took his pic to upload to website called FuckLAPD.com . He did not like my being smarty and calling my criminal atty on the spot when he refused to arrest my apt manager despite clear criminal evidences. 4.I jumped in Paramedic Van and I lied down on the guerney and paramedic asked my SSN into his computer and found out a list of my medical problems including HIV/hep C/deep depression/heart failure etc. He said he would take me to Olympian Hospital per LAFD protocol. I requested him to go to Cedar Sinai where i have my medical record whose doctor told me I have abnormal EKG 3months ago and MD warned me to go through Sonographic heart exam . I wanted to see how much different this time because my chest pain from assault was so severe. My regular MD is in altamed(Dr.Liao) at commerce city who told me that referring me to a cardiologist takes 3 months. So, it had been about 3 months and I was very curious why I was so tired all the time... I was very concerned how much it got worse. Since I already was going to emerg hospital, I wanted to go to Cedar Sinai...I did not have any unpleasant dispute/disagreement with a paramedic at all, not even one word. I asked him to contact Kenneth Knighten(LAFD pro standard, captain) to get a override ..he said No. So, I asked him to drop me off, I would take a taxi to go to Cedar Sinai. when a van was pulled over to the side(after 2 mins' ride), LAPD jumped in and put handcuff on me . I asked why, he responded I assaulted Paramedic, that is a felony. And they took me to Olympian Hospital on Guerney,and when we got there, MD came down right away to my guerney. But officer Coco spoke with MD and blocked me from getting necessary medical care. Took me to Olympic Div of LAPD, where Watch-Commander Sgt Clark authorized my arrest. he did not speak with me, but he peeked into my confinement cell. 5.I believe I was dropped off at city jail who found out I have HIV,therefore, on next day, Officer Coco picked me up and transported to LA county jail and booked there. I found my gold ring was not listed on my property list.and I reported immediately and I got interviewed by another LAPD at lac jail. Since I was not given with pink slip from LAPD, I did not know why I was arrested...until I had a preliminary hearing(March 2014) 6.One day before my arrest, I had a quick conversation with Sgt Clark(watch commander) who got on the phone when I was asking what its Captain's police ID number, so that I could send email re: Olympic Div's long-standing Corruption on me over 8 months. I even visited that div,and Sgt Clark recognized who I might be and immediately told me what I was going to ask about. I tape-recorded what he said: he said " I can not arrest your apt manager because you both share a common area,therefore it is NOT a trespassing". I called 911 several times because my apt manager who lives upstair constantly came down without any notice and stole my stuffs, put Homo-hating Graffitti and assaults,stealing mails etc. Therefore, all sub-ordinants of Sgt Clark would not arrest my apt manager although I showed clear evidences. 7.one day, New LAPD came over due to my 911,and she and other korean LAPD(Lim) inspected my apt and my apt manager's, declared IT IS A TRESPASSING ! warned apt manager not to trespass without Just Cause to enter. 8.I filed complaints against a dozen of olympic div LAPD who refused to arrest my apt manager into LAPD internal affair. 9.before my arrest, one day I found my valuable is missing out of my room where my room lock was broken and remained that way for a while. I called 911, LAPD came over, but he went to backyard and found where my apt manager's front door is..and grabbed him and his mother(86y old), walked through my apt ..and went to front of Apt, showing 'extreme' affection with his mother by hugging etc. I told him that I called 911, he responded " just a min,I will talk to you". But he went off by giving me Funny Face Emotion. so, I called 911 again,,I was informed that LAPD is there, talk to them. I explained LAPD came over but took off without talking to me. 911 dispatch told me she would send again within next 10min, but never showed up. so,I thought police might have urgent things going on, so I waited 5 hrs, No Show. I called 911 again and spoke with 911 supervisor (female ,Reese,Reeve?) who promised she would send a dispatch ,but NO Show for another 5hrs. I called 911 again and spoke with 2nd shift 911 supervisor(female) who forced Olympic div to contact me. I got a phone call from Sgt Spark s man who took my incident over the phone , he later visited me in person and warned me hinting Olympic div might go after me. 10.I did not have any one who could help me while in jail, so I waited until i get to meet my public defender(Robin Ginsburg) who did not spend enough time to take this serious case: City Official Corruption in team, and I tried to dismiss her but Judge Mitchell(dept133) denied 11.During Preliminary Hearing, there was only ONE Crime Evidence which is a face pic of a paramedic with deep bleeding circular wound. and only one witness(2nd paramedic who was with me ,and took my SSN etc). as a MD, it is impossible for someone like me(skinny and bony,no much muscle strength) to kick/scratch multiple times against a well-trained Paramedic INSIDE a small van ...there is no even space you can move around..That Paramedic could have restrained if I ever were disruptive or assaulting him !!! that is a part of paramedic training to restrain Crazy mentallly-ill Misbehaving citizens who use 911 paramedic van 12.After I got out of jail, I got a copy of Police Report which stunned me. a. the accusing paramedic was a driver paramedic with whom I had no physical contact. I was handcuffed when a driver pulled a van over to the shoulder. Police jumped right in when it was pulled over. I was still lying down on guerney. b.police report says I also assaulted multiple times by kicking and scratching hand, and causing deep wound on his Face inside Van. c.I knew Captain Knighten at LAFD professional standard div very well before my arrest. Even If I Was NOT Happy with that paramedic, I knew how to file a complaint against LAFD, I did so several times beforehand, that is why captain knows me as a decent guy who did not lie on his investigtion. I even filed a complaint against him,too because he tried to scare me off to withdraw my filed complaints against High Rank LAFD(like david spencer who claimed he is a captain at batallion 21?). and I ride Paramedic often due to my multiple fragile serious medical conditions,and as MD, I also know I must follow any medical team's orders to receive medical care. why do i need assault the helping hand(LAFD)??? Police report even says I am homeless and tried to trespass Max Johnson's house. there is even a name of MD from Olympian Hospital, just to make paper-perfect that I was taken to emerg hospital. there is no name under Officer Coco on police report !!! it also says I had marijuana in possession, that is a lie. THERE IS NO STORY WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME DESPITE I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED 911. None! Lafd + LAPD forced to withdraw my blood sample because I was HIV/hep C + to see if I infected that paramedic. police report says that accusing LAFD got a treatment at Olympian Hospital,but the testifying LAFD said in the court that accusing LAFD went to cedar sinai for care. Face Pic was taken at somewhere deserted business metal door with gang-related graffitti on it. It was not taken in police station or official building inside. It was taken during day time and it had very suspicious Fresh Wound,circular , on his face... again, as MD, it is Impossible to make a small circular bleeding wound on other's face in a small paramedic van. One can scratch up and down, side to side,but not in circular pattern. And my finger nails are all cut extremely short and rounded off due to my severe skin problem(skin specialist, Dr. Michael Sabat, beverly hill, 800-new-skin, strongly recommended i should cut down my finger nail because my skin problem will last long and it will be very itchy 247) 13. During pre-trial, District Atty was very determined with his prosecution because he claimed I assaulted Emerg Health Care Provider and he has 4 of 'Sworn-in Officials' as witnesses. On following court date, my PD(public defender) told me that DA would speak with that accusing LAFD to see if he was really injured/wounded. If not, DA was willing to downgrade from Felony to Misdemeanor Plea Bargain , he was determined to prosecute me. AND DA REFUSED TO SUBMIT MY 911 CALL RECORDING AND A MEDICAL RECORD OF 'ACCUSING LAFD'.!!!!!! TO MY PD for a whole one year(from jan 26,2014 to jan 25,2015) he knew i was innocent! Because the judge declared I am incompetent, I had to spend 4 months in state mental hospital and then I was able to resume my trial. We had another court hearing one week after, NOW DA was offering a minimal conviction of "Resistence to Arrest", no summary probation. I insisted upon innocence to my PD who said DA has 4 of 'sworn-in officers' witnesses. Jurors will NOT side with my testimony, recommended to take plea bargain although I told her that Captain Knighten tried to call her to DISMISS my case after he investigated my complaint in this case. Oct 2015, I called Captain Knighten from Santa Ana Immigration Detention Center. He clearly mentioned he finished his investigation and he had a special conference with his supervisor( i did not know there is a supervisor to Captain in his office,i thought he was a highest rank) who approved Knighten to call my DA/PD to Dismiss my case.!!!!! I called /sent postal mails to Ginsburg mentioning that I was not aware of admitting plea of Resistence to arrest...I did not understand court-room English since I did not have an interpreter. I wanted to withdraw my plea bargain. Ginsburg said she spoke with Knighten who now denies the above,but he confirmed this fact several times over the phone with me,when I asked him to put those fact in writing( since LAC DA is investigating,and my civil atty wants it,too), he wont do it. I told him I would subpoena to the court room, when I try to withdraw my plea bargain if he will not write it up. I asked his physical address, he gave me something ...19th fl. 14. why would LAFD professional standard Captain would have a special conference with his supervisor in the office on my accusation of 'corrupted' paramedic team,then he got a permission to call my PD( I told him to call DA,but I only had my PD's phone number, he told me he called my PD instead of DA,because he had only my PD's phone number) 4 Dismissal ?????? 15.on Final pre-trial date, I was told by my PD who scared me with Immigration Involvement if I get convicted with felony,but with my plea, I will be fine with INS. however, when I got released on 2.5.2015 from LAC jail, i was sent to Santa Ana Jail for INS detention. Santa Ana Jail has our conversations with captain Knighten. 16.Sgt Maus("Just Integrity" Unit at LA county DA office) sent a request to investigate my issue at Olympic div some months ago, still no answer. All it takes is to hire a Photo-shop expert to inspect the crime scene evidence(deep wounded face pic),then why LAPD olympic div is taking so much time to investigate this matter??????????? THERE WAS A HEALTHY LOOKING GUY(CHARLES HOUSE) AND MAX JOHNSON. charles house was telling max johnson saying I even called his brother and complained about ripping me off on 2 occasions, so that he could get drunk every day. ***when max johnson was assaulting for no good reason(other than I tried to enter to confront charles house,since nobody was allowed to enter this illegal single family house,no living room,poorly remodeled facility etc),THEY BOTH CAME TO THE DOOR, AND MAX JOHNSON ASSAULTED ME FLANKING CHARLES HOUSE. I have a witness of charles house(whom I met in LAC jail 2 years ago, also due to Olympic div's corruption) who watched Max Johnson assaulted me very hard... However, police report is completely fabricated (100%) 3.when Paramedic and LAPD arrived to 1732 arlington ave(around 11am), I was confronting my friend(charles House) for ripping me off with $100. Max Johnson(facility manager) with whom I had a phone arguement re: nuisance stemming from his house,and poor care on AA tenants etc one day before..and on Jan 2014, I called Charles House' brother to complain that I was deceived by his brother. my apt was located at 1716 arlington ave,ca90019 I noticed one of LAPD(officer Coco) who has been to my house (located 1716 arlington ave) and I was not happy with his service and I took his pic to upload to website called FuckLAPD.com . He did not like my being smarty and calling my criminal atty on the spot when he refused to arrest my apt manager despite clear criminal evidences. 4.I jumped in Paramedic Van and I lied down on the guerney and paramedic asked my SSN into his computer and found out a list of my medical problems including HIV/hep C/deep depression/heart failure etc. He said he would take me to Olympian Hospital per LAFD protocol. I requested him to go to Cedar Sinai where i have my medical record whose doctor told me I have abnormal EKG 3months ago and MD warned me to go through Sonographic heart exam . I wanted to see how much different this time because my chest pain from assault was so severe. My regular MD is in altamed(Dr.Liao) at commerce city who told me that referring me to a cardiologist takes 3 months. So, it had been about 3 months and I was very curious why I was so tired all the time... I was very concerned how much it got worse. Since I already was going to emerg hospital, I wanted to go to Cedar Sinai...I did not have any unpleasant dispute/disagreement with a paramedic at all, not even one word. I asked him to contact Kenneth Knighten(LAFD pro standard, captain) to get a override ..he said No. So, I asked him to drop me off, I would take a taxi to go to Cedar Sinai. when a van was pulled over to the side(after 2 mins' ride), LAPD jumped in and put handcuff on me . I asked why, he responded I assaulted Paramedic, that is a felony. And they took me to Olympian Hospital on Guerney,and when we got there, MD came down right away to my guerney. But officer Coco spoke with MD and blocked me from getting necessary medical care. Took me to Olympic Div of LAPD, where Watch-Commander Sgt Clark authorized my arrest. he did not speak with me, but he peeked into my confinement cell. 5.I believe I was dropped off at city jail who found out I have HIV,therefore, on next day, Officer Coco picked me up and transported to LA county jail and booked there. I found my gold ring was not listed on my property list.and I reported immediately and I got interviewed by another LAPD at lac jail. Since I was not given with pink slip from LAPD, I did not know why I was arrested...until I had a preliminary hearing(March 2014) 6.One day before my arrest, I had a quick conversation with Sgt Clark(watch commander) who got on the phone when I was asking what its Captain's police ID number, so that I could send email re: Olympic Div's long-standing Corruption on me over 8 months. I even visited that div,and Sgt Clark recognized who I might be and immediately told me what I was going to ask about. I tape-recorded what he said: he said " I can not arrest your apt manager because you both share a common area,therefore it is NOT a trespassing". I called 911 several times because my apt manager who lives upstair constantly came down without any notice and stole my stuffs, put Homo-hating Graffitti and assaults,stealing mails etc. Therefore, all sub-ordinants of Sgt Clark would not arrest my apt manager although I showed clear evidences. 7.one day, New LAPD came over due to my 911,and she and other korean LAPD(Lim) inspected my apt and my apt manager's, declared IT IS A TRESPASSING ! warned apt manager not to trespass without Just Cause to enter. 8.I filed complaints against a dozen of olympic div LAPD who refused to arrest my apt manager into LAPD internal affair. 9.before my arrest, one day I found my valuable is missing out of my room where my room lock was broken and remained that way for a while. I called 911, LAPD came over, but he went to backyard and found where my apt manager's front door is..and grabbed him and his mother(86y old), walked through my apt ..and went to front of Apt, showing 'extreme' affection with his mother by hugging etc. I told him that I called 911, he responded " just a min,I will talk to you". But he went off by giving me Funny Face Emotion. so, I called 911 again,,I was informed that LAPD is there, talk to them. I explained LAPD came over but took off without talking to me. 911 dispatch told me she would send again within next 10min, but never showed up. so,I thought police might have urgent things going on, so I waited 5 hrs, No Show. I called 911 again and spoke with 911 supervisor (female ,Reese,Reeve?) who promised she would send a dispatch ,but NO Show for another 5hrs. I called 911 again and spoke with 2nd shift 911 supervisor(female) who forced Olympic div to contact me. I got a phone call from Sgt Spark s man who took my incident over the phone , he later visited me in person and warned me hinting Olympic div might go after me. 10.I did not have any one who could help me while in jail, so I waited until i get to meet my public defender(Robin Ginsburg) who did not spend enough time to take this serious case: City Official Corruption in team, and I tried to dismiss her but Judge Mitchell(dept133) denied 11.During Preliminary Hearing, there was only ONE Crime Evidence which is a face pic of a paramedic with deep bleeding circular wound. and only one witness(2nd paramedic who was with me ,and took my SSN etc). as a MD, it is impossible for someone like me(skinny and bony,no much muscle strength) to kick/scratch multiple times against a well-trained Paramedic INSIDE a small van ...there is no even space you can move around..That Paramedic could have restrained if I ever were disruptive or assaulting him !!! that is a part of paramedic training to restrain Crazy mentallly-ill Misbehaving citizens who use 911 paramedic van 12.After I got out of jail, I got a copy of Police Report which stunned me. a. the accusing paramedic was a driver paramedic with whom I had no physical contact. I was handcuffed when a driver pulled a van over to the shoulder. Police jumped right in when it was pulled over. I was still lying down on guerney. b.police report says I also assaulted multiple times by kicking and scratching hand, and causing deep wound on his Face inside Van. c.I knew Captain Knighten at LAFD professional standard div very well before my arrest. Even If I Was NOT Happy with that paramedic, I knew how to file a complaint against LAFD, I did so several times beforehand, that is why captain knows me as a decent guy who did not lie on his investigtion. I even filed a complaint against him,too because he tried to scare me off to withdraw my filed complaints against High Rank LAFD(like david spencer who claimed he is a captain at batallion 21?). and I ride Paramedic often due to my multiple fragile serious medical conditions,and as MD, I also know I must follow any medical team's orders to receive medical care. why do i need assault the helping hand(LAFD)??? Police report even says I am homeless and tried to trespass Max Johnson's house. there is even a name of MD from Olympian Hospital, just to make paper-perfect that I was taken to emerg hospital. there is no name under Officer Coco on police report !!! it also says I had marijuana in possession, that is a lie. THERE IS NO STORY WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME DESPITE I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED 911. None! Lafd + LAPD forced to withdraw my blood sample because I was HIV/hep C + to see if I infected that paramedic. police report says that accusing LAFD got a treatment at Olympian Hospital,but the testifying LAFD said in the court that accusing LAFD went to cedar sinai for care. Face Pic was taken at somewhere deserted business metal door with gang-related graffitti on it. It was not taken in police station or official building inside. It was taken during day time and it had very suspicious Fresh Wound,circular , on his face... again, as MD, it is Impossible to make a small circular bleeding wound on other's face in a small paramedic van. One can scratch up and down, side to side,but not in circular pattern. And my finger nails are all cut extremely short and rounded off due to my severe skin problem(skin specialist, Dr. Michael Sabat, beverly hill, 800-new-skin, strongly recommended i should cut down my finger nail because my skin problem will last long and it will be very itchy 247) 13. During pre-trial, District Atty was very determined with his prosecution because he claimed I assaulted Emerg Health Care Provider and he has 4 of 'Sworn-in Officials' as witnesses. On following court date, my PD(public defender) told me that DA would speak with that accusing LAFD to see if he was really injured/wounded. If not, DA was willing to downgrade from Felony to Misdemeanor Plea Bargain , he was determined to prosecute me. AND DA REFUSED TO SUBMIT MY 911 CALL RECORDING AND A MEDICAL RECORD OF 'ACCUSING LAFD'.!!!!!! TO MY PD for a whole one year(from jan 26,2014 to jan 25,2015) he knew i was innocent! Because the judge declared I am incompetent, I had to spend 4 months in state mental hospital and then I was able to resume my trial. We had another court hearing one week after, NOW DA was offering a minimal conviction of "Resistence to Arrest", no summary probation. I insisted upon innocence to my PD who said DA has 4 of 'sworn-in officers' witnesses. Jurors will NOT side with my testimony, recommended to take plea bargain although I told her that Captain Knighten tried to call her to DISMISS my case after he investigated my complaint in this case. Oct 2015, I called Captain Knighten from Santa Ana Immigration Detention Center. He clearly mentioned he finished his investigation and he had a special conference with his supervisor( i did not know there is a supervisor to Captain in his office,i thought he was a highest rank) who approved Knighten to call my DA/PD to Dismiss my case.!!!!! I called /sent postal mails to Ginsburg mentioning that I was not aware of admitting plea of Resistence to arrest...I did not understand court-room English since I did not have an interpreter. I wanted to withdraw my plea bargain. Ginsburg said she spoke with Knighten who now denies the above,but he confirmed this fact several times over the phone with me,when I asked him to put those fact in writing( since LAC DA is investigating,and my civil atty wants it,too), he wont do it. I told him I would subpoena to the court room, when I try to withdraw my plea bargain if he will not write it up. I asked his physical address, he gave me something ...19th fl. 14. why would LAFD professional standard Captain would have a special conference with his supervisor in the office on my accusation of 'corrupted' paramedic team,then he got a permission to call my PD( I told him to call DA,but I only had my PD's phone number, he told me he called my PD instead of DA,because he had only my PD's phone number) 4 Dismissal ?????? 15.on Final pre-trial date, I was told by my PD who scared me with Immigration Involvement if I get convicted with felony,but with my plea, I will be fine with INS. however, when I got released on 2.5.2015 from LAC jail, i was sent to Santa Ana Jail for INS detention. Santa Ana Jail has our conversations with captain Knighten. 16.Sgt Maus("Just Integrity" Unit at LA county DA office) sent a request to investigate my issue at Olympic div some months ago, still no answer. All it takes is to hire a Photo-shop expert to inspect the crime scene evidence(deep wounded face pic),then why LAPD olympic div is taking so much time to investigate this matter??????????? I said no. On next day, I came by to go to my car at their house,and a gate was locked which is very unusual. So I came to the front door, HERE WE GO. THERE WAS A HEALTHY LOOKING GUY(CHARLES HOUSE) AND MAX JOHNSON. charles house was telling max johnson saying I even called his brother and complained about ripping me off on 2 occasions, so that he could get drunk every day. ***when max johnson was assaulting for no good reason(other than I tried to enter to confront charles house,since nobody was allowed to enter this illegal single family house,no living room,poorly remodeled facility etc),THEY BOTH CAME TO THE DOOR, AND MAX JOHNSON ASSAULTED ME FLANKING CHARLES HOUSE. I have a witness of charles house(whom I met in LAC jail 2 years ago, also due to Olympic div's corruption) who watched Max Johnson assaulted me very hard... However, police report is completely fabricated (100%)
3.when Paramedic and LAPD arrived to 1732 arlington ave(around 11am), I was confronting my friend(charles House) for ripping me off with $100. Max Johnson(facility manager) with whom I had a phone arguement re: nuisance stemming from his house,and poor care on AA tenants etc one day before..and on Jan 2014, I called Charles House' brother to complain that I was deceived by his brother. my apt was located at 1716 arlington ave,ca90019
I noticed one of LAPD(officer Coco) who has been to my house (located 1716 arlington ave) and I was not happy with his service and I took his pic to upload to website called FuckLAPD.com . He did not like my being smarty and calling my criminal atty on the spot when he refused to arrest my apt manager despite clear criminal evidences.
4.I jumped in Paramedic Van and I lied down on the guerney and paramedic asked my SSN into his computer and found out a list of my medical problems including HIV/hep C/deep depression/heart failure etc. He said he would take me to Olympian Hospital per LAFD protocol. I requested him to go to Cedar Sinai where i have my medical record whose doctor told me I have abnormal EKG 3months ago and MD warned me to go through Sonographic heart exam . I wanted to see how much different this time because my chest pain from assault was so severe. My regular MD is in altamed(Dr.Liao) at commerce city who told me that referring me to a cardiologist takes 3 months. So, it had been about 3 months and I was very curious why I was so tired all the time... I was very concerned how much it got worse. Since I already was going to emerg hospital, I wanted to go to Cedar Sinai...I did not have any unpleasant dispute/disagreement with a paramedic at all, not even one word.
I asked him to contact Kenneth Knighten(LAFD pro standard, captain) to get a override ..he said No. So, I asked him to drop me off, I would take a taxi to go to Cedar Sinai. when a van was pulled over to the side(after 2 mins' ride), LAPD jumped in and put handcuff on me . I asked why, he responded I assaulted Paramedic, that is a felony. And they took me to Olympian Hospital on Guerney,and when we got there, MD came down right away to my guerney. But officer Coco spoke with MD and blocked me from getting necessary medical care. Took me to Olympic Div of LAPD, where Watch-Commander Sgt Clark authorized my arrest. he did not speak with me, but he peeked into my confinement cell. 5.I believe I was dropped off at city jail who found out I have HIV,therefore, on next day, Officer Coco picked me up and transported to LA county jail and booked there. I found my gold ring was not listed on my property list.and I reported immediately and I got interviewed by another LAPD at lac jail. Since I was not given with pink slip from LAPD, I did not know why I was arrested...until I had a preliminary hearing(March 2014) 6.One day before my arrest, I had a quick conversation with Sgt Clark(watch commander) who got on the phone when I was asking what its Captain's police ID number, so that I could send email re: Olympic Div's long-standing Corruption on me over 8 months. I even visited that div,and Sgt Clark recognized who I might be and immediately told me what I was going to ask about. I tape-recorded what he said: he said " I can not arrest your apt manager because you both share a common area,therefore it is NOT a trespassing". I called 911 several times because my apt manager who lives upstair constantly came down without any notice and stole my stuffs, put Homo-hating Graffitti and assaults,stealing mails etc. Therefore, all sub-ordinants of Sgt Clark would not arrest my apt manager although I showed clear evidences. 7.one day, New LAPD came over due to my 911,and she and other korean LAPD(Lim) inspected my apt and my apt manager's, declared IT IS A TRESPASSING ! warned apt manager not to trespass without Just Cause to enter. 8.I filed complaints against a dozen of olympic div LAPD who refused to arrest my apt manager into LAPD internal affair. 9.before my arrest, one day I found my valuable is missing out of my room where my room lock was broken and remained that way for a while. I called 911, LAPD came over, but he went to backyard and found where my apt manager's front door is..and grabbed him and his mother(86y old), walked through my apt ..and went to front of Apt, showing 'extreme' affection with his mother by hugging etc. I told him that I called 911, he responded " just a min,I will talk to you". But he went off by giving me Funny Face Emotion. so, I called 911 again,,I was informed that LAPD is there, talk to them. I explained LAPD came over but took off without talking to me. 911 dispatch told me she would send again within next 10min, but never showed up. so,I thought police might have urgent things going on, so I waited 5 hrs, No Show. I called 911 again and spoke with 911 supervisor (female ,Reese,Reeve?) who promised she would send a dispatch ,but NO Show for another 5hrs. I called 911 again and spoke with 2nd shift 911 supervisor(female) who forced Olympic div to contact me. I got a phone call from Sgt Spark s man who took my incident over the phone , he later visited me in person and warned me hinting Olympic div might go after me. 10.I did not have any one who could help me while in jail, so I waited until i get to meet my public defender(Robin Ginsburg) who did not spend enough time to take this serious case: City Official Corruption in team, and I tried to dismiss her but Judge Mitchell(dept133) denied 11.During Preliminary Hearing, there was only ONE Crime Evidence which is a face pic of a paramedic with deep bleeding circular wound. and only one witness(2nd paramedic who was with me ,and took my SSN etc). as a MD, it is impossible for someone like me(skinny and bony,no much muscle strength) to kick/scratch multiple times against a well-trained Paramedic INSIDE a small van ...there is no even space you can move around..That Paramedic could have restrained if I ever were disruptive or assaulting him !!! that is a part of paramedic training to restrain Crazy mentallly-ill Misbehaving citizens who use 911 paramedic van
12.After I got out of jail, I got a copy of Police Report which stunned me. a. the accusing paramedic was a driver paramedic with whom I had no physical contact. I was handcuffed when a driver pulled a van over to the shoulder. Police jumped right in when it was pulled over. I was still lying down on guerney. b.police report says I also assaulted multiple times by kicking and scratching hand, and causing deep wound on his Face inside Van. c.I knew Captain Knighten at LAFD professional standard div very well before my arrest. Even If I Was NOT Happy with that paramedic, I knew how to file a complaint against LAFD, I did so several times beforehand, that is why captain knows me as a decent guy who did not lie on his investigtion. I even filed a complaint against him,too because he tried to scare me off to withdraw my filed complaints against High Rank LAFD(like david spencer who claimed he is a captain at batallion 21?). and I ride Paramedic often due to my multiple fragile serious medical conditions,and as MD, I also know I must follow any medical team's orders to receive medical care. why do i need assault the helping hand(LAFD)??? Police report even says I am homeless and tried to trespass Max Johnson's house. there is even a name of MD from Olympian Hospital, just to make paper-perfect that I was taken to emerg hospital. there is no name under Officer Coco on police report !!! it also says I had marijuana in possession, that is a lie. THERE IS NO STORY WHICH WAS TAKEN FROM ME DESPITE I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED 911. None!

police report says that accusing LAFD got a treatment at Olympian Hospital,but the testifying LAFD said in the court that accusing LAFD went to cedar sinai for care. Face Pic was taken at somewhere deserted business metal door with gang-related graffitti on it. It was not taken in police station or official building inside. It was taken during day time and it had very suspicious Fresh Wound,circular , on his face... again, as MD, it is Impossible to make a small circular bleeding wound on other's face in a small paramedic van. One can scratch up and down, side to side,but not in circular pattern. And my finger nails are all cut extremely short and rounded off due to my severe skin problem(skin specialist, Dr. Michael Sabat, beverly hill, 800-new-skin, strongly recommended i should cut down my finger nail because my skin problem will last long and it will be very itchy 247)
13. During pre-trial, District Atty was very determined with his prosecution because he claimed I assaulted Emerg Health Care Provider and he has 4 of 'Sworn-in Officials' as witnesses. On following court date, my PD(public defender) told me that DA would speak with that accusing LAFD to see if he was really injured/wounded. If not, DA was willing to downgrade from Felony to Misdemeanor Plea Bargain , he was determined to prosecute me.
AND DA REFUSED TO SUBMIT MY 911 CALL RECORDING AND A MEDICAL RECORD OF 'ACCUSING LAFD'.!!!!!! TO MY PD for a whole one year(from jan 26,2014 to jan 25,2015)
he knew i was innocent! Because the judge declared I am incompetent, I had to spend 4 months in state mental hospital and then I was able to resume my trial.
We had another court hearing one week after, NOW DA was offering a minimal conviction of "Resistence to Arrest", no summary probation. I insisted upon innocence to my PD who said DA has 4 of 'sworn-in officers' witnesses. Jurors will NOT side with my testimony, recommended to take plea bargain although I told her that Captain Knighten tried to call her to DISMISS my case after he investigated my complaint in this case. Oct 2015, I called Captain Knighten from Santa Ana Immigration Detention Center. He clearly mentioned he finished his investigation and he had a special conference with his supervisor( i did not know there is a supervisor to Captain in his office,i thought he was a highest rank) who approved Knighten to call my DA/PD to Dismiss my case.!!!!! I called /sent postal mails to Ginsburg mentioning that I was not aware of admitting plea of Resistence to arrest...I did not understand court-room English since I did not have an interpreter. I wanted to withdraw my plea bargain. Ginsburg said she spoke with Knighten who now denies the above,but he confirmed this fact several times over the phone with me,when I asked him to put those fact in writing( since LAC DA is investigating,and my civil atty wants it,too), he wont do it. I told him I would subpoena to the court room, when I try to withdraw my plea bargain if he will not write it up. I asked his physical address, he gave me something ...19th fl. 14. why would LAFD professional standard Captain would have a special conference with his supervisor in the office on my accusation of 'corrupted' paramedic team,then he got a permission to call my PD( I told him to call DA,but I only had my PD's phone number, he told me he called my PD instead of DA,because he had only my PD's phone number) 4 Dismissal ?????? 15.on Final pre-trial date, I was told by my PD who scared me with Immigration Involvement if I get convicted with felony,but with my plea, I will be fine with INS. however, when I got released on 2.5.2015 from LAC jail, i was sent to Santa Ana Jail for INS detention. Santa Ana Jail has our conversations with captain Knighten. 16.Sgt Maus("Just Integrity" Unit at LA county DA office) sent a request to investigate my issue at Olympic div some months ago, still no answer. All it takes is to hire a Photo-shop expert to inspect the crime scene evidence(deep wounded face pic),then why LAPD olympic div is taking so much time to investigate this matter???????????
